RETURNS

  • Returns of full-price and sales merchandise must be made within 30 days of your order date and products must be unused or undamaged.  For additional information contact us support@bethearchitect.com

  • To start the return process, submit an email to support@bethearchitect.com and state the reason for your request.

  • You will receive return instructions along with a prepaid shipping label from support@bethearchitect.com.

CREDITS FOR RETURNS

  • You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 15 days that your return is received. Your refund will include the cost of the item, less the cost of return shipping of $8.00.

  • Sorry, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

  • Gifting charges are non-refundable.

PROMOTIONS

  • Using a promotional code, referral credit, limited-time only pricing, or any other discount or special pricing offer are ineligible for return or refund.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT

  • In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at support@bethearchitect.com for a replacement.

PAUSING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

  • Once you have paid a full cycle, you have the option to pause your subscription without any charges or penalties by contacting support@bethearchitect.com.  

  • You can resume the service at any time without incurring additional charges by contacting support@bethearchitect.com.
